It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the equipment hired will fit in the space that is available. If the equipment can not be set up in the available space, payment in full will be required with no exceptions. Inflatables should be inflated on our arrival at the time of collection regardless of this is a day or overnight hire.

Outdoor set ups must be on grass as we have to peg inflatables into the ground. We ARE NOT able to site equipment on concrete, tarmac etc as it requires 165kg per anchor point to safely secure an inflatable on such surfaces and a minimum of 6 anchor points are on each inflatable  ( our slides have up to 25 anchor points).  If you have astro turf and are happy for us to peg through this then we can set up as long as we can get our 380mm pegs into the ground and it is not laid over a concrete base.
